Can I pull my hair out now?

My electricity company is driving me nuts! They have messed up my bill so many times. So I get a bill this month for $5.76. I should be happy! But the last time this happened, they came back three weeks later saying that I now owed them $300 one week and my regular bill of $295 the next week. And even though it was their mix up, they would not grant me any extra time to come up with the almost $600 they wanted within a week of each other. So while I am hopeful that maybe we will get a break this month, I will be holding my breath and waiting for that other bill to come in a couple of months!
